How do we determine your overall position in this World Class Journey?
As we progress in our journey to excellence, development of our people, process and practices must be aligned to enable performance of the company to also improve at the same time. We than plot "years of integration" on the X axis and "performance" the Y-axis of a Cartesian diagram to show the impact of progress.
This is an important measure to ensure that the integration of people, processes and practices is being focussed correctly. The diagram also shows what happens when the integration is miss-aligned.
